Director of Operations

Summary

You will be responsible to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Hotel and the implementation of Hyatt Purpose, Values and goals throughout the hotel, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to support the General Manager in successfully operating & managing the hotel in line with the brand standards, maintaining owner relationships and Hyatt's corporate and functional strategies.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B in large property. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
