D2C Performance Marketer – Meta Ads Expert (Freelance)

🚀 HIRING : Freelance Performance Marketer for Checko Facecare.

✋ This role is ONLY for people who have hands-on Meta Ads experience with actual results for D2C brands. If you have managed only boosted posts, agency backend work, or classroom knowledge, please do not apply.

You’ll work directly with the senior team and own the complete performance marketing function end to end.

✅ Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable) :

• Have personally run Meta Ads Manager campaigns (not assisted, not learned, but done).
• At least 1–3 years experience with D2C e-commerce performance marketing.
• Can share real performance screenshots (CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, CVR).
• Strong understanding of full funnel (TOF–MOF–BOF).
• Know how to set up and fix GA4, Pixel, UTMs, custom events.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced founder-led early-stage brand.
