In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Manage workload, performance review of sub-ordinates & manage metrices for the team
- Set-Monitor-Improve Team KPIs Metrics on Error, Productivity & Service levels.
- Review & measure all the quotation prepared by team members.
- To work with Sales & Industry teams on fixing the AE Selection guidelines & alternate proposals on a project with increased complexity, lead time & cost
- Ensure AE Selection guidelines are set and documented prior to all project's quotations.
- Drive MIB & New product selection opportunities in quote strategy.
- Project Lead for high priority projects as consultant, prepare technical / commercial quote and attend customer meets when required.
- Act as a Trainer in conducting technical trainings to Project teams.
- To prepare & document Order Entry guidelines upon project award and engage in post order activities till shipment.
- Ensure Stakeholders satisfaction & drive continuous improvements to enhance quality and productivity

Minimum 12+ years' experience in Control valves engineeringIn depth knowledge of control valve products and industry applicationKnowledge on Fisher products and accessories would be a plus.Experience of reviewing Control valve project specificationsOptimizes work processes and improves performance metrics.Expert on all Fisher products, sizing techniques and tools.Provides feedback to Business on Products Gaps, Competition and enhance sales toolsPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart :
Control Valve sizing and selectionDegree in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering.Experience of leading AE team in past would be added advantage.Time management, Problem Solving and decision-making SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer Centric Approach & persuasive abilityReady to take up any new challenges.Fisher Red Belt certified, Hands-on experience of PRESTO tool would be added advantages.Good collaborative approach and team building ability to achieve common goalOur Culture & Commitment to You :
