Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Presales Manager to lead and oversee the presales operations team. The role involves managing a group of telecalling executives and team leaders to ensure consistent lead generation, client engagement, and meeting scheduling for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining a high standard of customer communication and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Presales and Telecalling Team to achieve lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.
- Design and implement effective calling strategies, performance metrics, and process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor team performance daily, identify training needs, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and lead handovers.
- Track, analyze, and report on presales performance data — including call volume, lead quality, conversion ratios, and follow-up effectiveness.
- Handle escalations, support high-value leads, and assist the team in improving conversion rates.
- Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring accuracy of lead status and follow-up information.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective goals while maintaining a positive and energetic work culture.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new presales executives and team leaders as needed.
Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 2–3years in telecalling, telesales, or presales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and one local language (mandatory).Leadership : Strong team management, motivational, and performance-monitoring abilities.Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel reporting, and data analysis.Personality : Target-driven, strategic thinker, self-motivated, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.Coordination : Strong follow-up and collaboration skills to ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.Compensation :
