What You'll Do :

As our Senior Product Manager , you'll be at the helm of AssessPrep's product strategy, driving the creation of intuitive, impactful solutions for educators and students. Your responsibilities will include :

Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision and customer needs.

Customer Insights : Engage with educators, administrators, and students to deeply understand their needs and pain points.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful product features on time and within scope.

Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement and validate assumptions.

Go-to-Market : Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches and updates, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Continuous Improvement : Monitor product performance and gather feedback to iterate and enhance features.

A Typical Week :

Conduct user interviews with K-12 educators to gather product feedback.

Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and refine upcoming sprint tasks.

Review analytics data to measure feature adoption and identify areas for improvement.

Lead a brainstorming session with the design team to enhance the user experience.

Present the product roadmap to the leadership team, incorporating insights from market trends and customer feedback.

Analytical acumen : Comfort with data analysis and deriving actionable insights from data.

Collaborative spirit : Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
