You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• .Execute planned software builds and deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• .Assist in managing the release calendar and coordinating deployment timelines with cross-functional teams.
• .Maintain and support CI / CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• .Prepare and update release documentation, including deployment steps and change logs.
• .Ensure all releases follow change management and compliance protocols.
• .Monitor build and deployment status identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues promptly.
• .Support the automation of build, release, and configuration processes for efficiency.
• .Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure release readiness and environment stability.
• .Track and report basic release metrics and assist in post-release validation.
