MyTripCart (MTC) is hiring for our Gurugram office! We are looking for soft-spoken and energetic individuals to join our team. If you love talking to people and helping them plan their holidays, this is the perfect start for your career.
Location : Gurugram (On-site) Job Type : Full-time
What You Will Do (Responsibilities) :
- Manage Inquiries : Handle incoming travel inquiries and leads (No cold calling data mining; work on provided data).
- Client Interaction : Connect with customers over the phone to understand their travel requirements.
- Package Recommendation : Suggest suitable domestic and international tour packages.
- Conversion : Convert interested queries into final bookings through polite and professional follow-ups.
- Support : Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure they have a happy trip.
