Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Structural BIM Modeler. The Senior Structural BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models, collaborating with design and construction teams, ensuring code compliance, and integrating mechanical systems within the overall building design. The role involves tasks such as developing BIM execution plans, performing quality checks, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.

Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Structural BIM Modeler to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working on structural BIM projects in the USA and UK, with a strong understanding of international standards and workflows. This is a work-from-home position, requiring a reliable internet connection and a high-performance computer system.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities :
• Develop detailed structural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver models and drawings in compliance with US / UK standards and client requirements.
• 🎯 Requirements :
• Minimum 4 years of experience in structural BIM modeling for USA and UK-based projects.
• Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of US and UK building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must own a high-configuration computer system suitable for BIM software (e.g., multi-core processor, 32GB+ RAM, dedicated GPU).
• Must have stable and high-speed internet connectivity (minimum 100 Mbps recommended).
