Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors modules and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR solutions to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective HR processes.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on client needs.
- Perform data migration and integration activities.
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors functionality.
