Internship Opportunity : Human Resource (Startup Community & Podcast Team)

Organization : KaroStartup

Location : Remote / Bengaluru (Hybrid) / Noida

Duration : 3–6 months

Type : Internship (Certificate + Performance-based PPO opportunity)

Stipend : Work from Home Rs : 3,000 to 5,000, Work from Office : 10,000

Role : Human Resource Intern (Founder Network & Story Research)

This is not a sales role.

This is about building real relationships with India’s most exciting founders and creators — discovering their journeys, and bringing them on board for our upcoming podcast and content series.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Founder Outreach :
  • Connect with startup founders and entrepreneurs on LinkedIn (especially those who follow KaroStartup).
  • Introduce KaroStartup and invite them to share their startup journeys.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with founders and startup teams.
  • Story Hunting :
  • Discover new and upcoming startups using Google, LinkedIn, and startup platforms like YourStory, Inc42, Entrackr, etc.
  • Shortlist founders with impactful or inspiring stories for podcast or content features.
  • Podcast Coordination :
  • Assist in scheduling podcast interviews and online webinars with founders.
  • Prepare background briefs and questions based on each founder’s journey.
  • Coordinate with the video & content team for recordings and post-interview communication.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement :
  • Support basic social media marketing for our startup features and podcasts.
  • Share snippets, quotes, and stories from interviews to engage the KaroStartup community.

  • How to research, communicate, and network effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in startup media, podcasting, and founder relations.
  • Exposure to social media marketing, storytelling, and brand building.
  • Learn the art of spotting inspiring founders before the world does! 🌍

    • 👤 Who Can Apply :

  • Students or fresh graduates (any stream) passionate about startups, networking, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills (English or Hindi).
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media for professional outreach.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and podcasts is a plus.
  • Self-driven, curious, and confident in speaking with entrepreneurs online.
