Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Software Tester

to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the development team to deliver error-free software.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

Identify, report, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business teams to ensure software meets requirements.

Validate fixes and perform re-testing of issues.

Prepare and maintain clear documentation for test plans, cases, and results.

Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).

Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is a plus.

Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
