Key Responsibilities

Define and execut e the IT Infrastructure st rategy aligned with business goals
Ov ersee network management, system availability, and end-user com puting
Build and m anage secure & compliant IT enviro nments (SEBI / RBI, ISO 27001, ITIL)
Lead broking-specific infrastr ucture – trading systems, DR / BCP setup, dealer terminals, exchange connectivity
Drive IT security, compliance, risk & vulnerability mana gement
Partner with senior leadership and vendor s for strategic business enablement
Ov ersee incident management, recovery planning, and service delivery excellence
Mentor and empower IT teams, fostering a cultu re of ownership and innovation

Desired Candidate Profile

14+ years of exper ience in IT Infrastructure l eadership, prefe rably in Broking / BFSI / FinTech

Strong expe rtise in network management, cybersecurity, and compliance f r ameworks

Proven ab ility to set up & scale brok ing infra (trading systems, DR / BCP, exchange connectivity

Hands-on understa nding of SEBI / RBI IT security req uirements

Experi enced in team leadership, coaching, and people de velopment

E xcellent communication & stakeholder m anagement skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology (or equivalent)
