The Role : Account Manager
This is not a client-servicing role.
This is GTM ownership .
You will run end-to-end revenue outcomes for a portfolio of high-ticket clients — solving live funnel issues, guiding performance marketing + sales intelligence execution, and partnering directly with founders / CXOs.
You’ll operate at founder speed, inside ambiguous problems, with real revenue impact visible week-on-week.
What You’ll Own
1. Revenue Delivery
Own monthly revenue outcomes for your book of business
Build and run GTM plans with precision and speed
Identify, diagnose, and fix funnel issues proactively
Drive expansion, retention, and customer success
2. Client Leadership
Serve as the primary partner for senior clients (founders, CXOs, VPs)
Translate business goals into execution plans
Present insights, recommendations, and strategy clearly
Build trust through competence and speed
3. Product + Performance Execution
Work closely with Revspot’s AI calling, performance marketing, and intelligence teams
Ensure campaigns deliver the right leads, right quality, right volume
Guide targeting, content, ICP definitions, and funnel optimization
Surface product gaps and feature ideas early
4. Problem Solving
Break down complex GTM bottlenecks
Connect dots across data, targeting, messaging, sales ops
Run weekly plans that actually move metrics
