AI Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team and help us drive innovation in artificial intelligence. As an integral part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work.

Key Responsibilities :

AI-Enabled Product Development : Develop products that fully leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models.
High-Performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) : Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for efficient Search and RAG.
Evaluation Framework Creation : Establish robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.

Strong background in either AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.

Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, constructing RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
