Job Title : Lead Generation Specialist

Location : Remote (U.S. | Open to all time zones)

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who’s both analytical and creative, with a knack for automation and funnel optimization.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Build and manage lead workflows across CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Leverage modern lead gen tools (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Zapier, Make.com, etc.) to optimize performance

Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL) through testing and iteration

Design, implement, and optimize lead funnels based on KPIs and insights

Work with APIs, custom scripts (Python / JS), or automation stacks to streamline campaigns

Develop targeting strategies for SMBs, SaaS, e-commerce, and local U.S. businesses

Collaborate with the GTM team to scale campaigns using AI-driven tools

What You’ll Bring

Hands-on experience with CRMs and lead gen platforms

Proven ability to design and improve workflows for higher lead quality

Strong understanding of lead gen KPIs and funnel optimization

Comfort with APIs, scripting, and automation stacks
