Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who will shape the future of AI in healthcare. You’ll be responsible for translating complex AI workflows into intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences, for healthcare providers and administrators in revenue cycle domain

This is a high-impact role that blends systems thinking, user empathy, and strong visual craft. You’ll collaborate directly with the product, engineering, and customer teams to design products that are not just functional, but transformative.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with the AI, product, and sales teams to turn complex automation and analytics capabilities into clear, usable experiences.
• Design interfaces for our AI agents, dashboards, and configuration tools used by healthcare providers and administrators
• Conduct user research with healthcare and RCM professionals to understand workflows, pain points, and behavioral nuances.
• Establish and evolve CombineHealth’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent translates into high-quality implementation.
• Push for clarity, simplicity, explainability and empathy in every interaction.
