Job description
  • Drive channel expansion within the assigned catchment territory.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of retail outlets in the territory.
  • Achieve acquisition and revenue targets for both inbound and outbound operations.
  • Operationalize all Jio Points falling under the respective Jio Centre.
  • Take ownership of performance for preferred outlets within the territory.
  • Ensure delivery of a world-class customer experience at all Jio Points.
  • Maintain hygiene, governance, and compliance standards at Jio Points.
  • Monitor and manage team productivity to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate, train, and support the team and channel partners to enhance performance.

    • Education Required

    • Graduation degree in any discipline.

      • Experience Required

    • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

      • Skills Required

      People Management Skills, Communication Skills
