About the Role :
We are seeking a driven and emerging Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant at the Senior Consultant level to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.
This role is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of relevant experience who are eager to deepen their expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and contribute hands-on to implementation projects.
You will play a key part in designing functional solutions, supporting data migration, and ensuring successful project delivery, with a foundation in Oracle EBS implementation knowledge.
Job Summary :
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a vital contributor to Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects, bringing your foundational knowledge and growing expertise to the team.
You'll work on practical aspects of functional solution delivery, client engagement, and process design, with opportunities to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementation Support : Actively support Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, contributing to various project phases.
- Process Design & Analysis : Participate in defining To-Be business processes, conducting Fit-Gap analysis, and supporting RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) management.
- Data Migration & Testing : Support the execution of data migration strategies and assist with integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deliverables & Communication : Contribute to ensuring timely project deliverables and assist with stakeholder communication and initial issue resolution.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with technical teams on basic aspects of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) / Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Application Express (APEX) solutions where applicable.
- Client Engagement : Begin to engage in direct client interactions, providing support and contributing to building strong client relationships through continuous communication.
Must-Have Skills :
Overall Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials functional consulting.Implementation Experience : Minimum of 1-2 Oracle EBS implementations and exposure to at least 1 Oracle Fusion Financials implementation project.Functional Expertise : Hands-on experience with core Oracle Fusion Financials modules (e.g., Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM)).Core Knowledge : Sound understanding of RICEFW components, basic data migration concepts, and functional configurations within Oracle Financials.Problem-Solving : Developing problem-solving skills in a client-facing environment.Client Engagement : Basic ability to interact with clients and understand their requirements.Preferred Skills :
Initial exposure to consulting firm environments.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of OTBI / BIP is a plus(ref : hirist.tech)
