Job Title : DevOps Engineer / Configuration Management Specialist (SailPoint, Jira, Bitbucket)

Timings : 6.30PM IST to 3.30AM IST

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer or Configuration Management Specialist to establish and manage a structured code development and promotion process for SailPoint using Jira , Bitbucket , and best-practice CI / CD and QA controls . The role involves implementing effective segregation of duties , enabling code change governance , and eliminating direct production changes by engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a robust code change management process using Jira and Bitbucket for SailPoint development.
• Integrate QA checkpoints , peer reviews , and approval workflows into the development lifecycle.
• Enforce segregation of duties (SoD) to prevent unauthorized or uncontrolled code promotions to production.
• Establish a CI / CD pipeline (if feasible) that includes version control, automated testing, and secure deployment practices.
• Work with engineering teams to shift from direct changes in SailPoint to a structured, ticket-driven deployment process.
• Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for code promotions, rollback plans, and audit logging.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure governance and traceability.
• Conduct training sessions for internal developers on the new processes and tools.
