merchandiser ensures the right products are in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, and with the right presentation to maximize sales and meet customer demand. Key duties include analyzing sales and market trends, managing inventory, optimizing product placement and displays in stores, coordinating with suppliers and retailers, and developing promotions to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Analysis : Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand, understand customer behavior, and identify opportunities for growth.

Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are available when and where they're needed, preventing stockouts or overstocking.

Product Placement & Displays : Oversee the arrangement and presentation of products in retail stores to make them attractive to customers and align with brand strategies.

Supplier & Retailer Collaboration : Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and retail store teams to execute merchandising plans and ensure compliance with strategies.

Promotions & Pricing : Develop and implement product promotions and contribute to pricing strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve the overall shopping experience.
