Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Trainer based in Thrissur. The Accounting Trainer will be responsible for delivering quality training in accounting and finance, developing and executing training programs, and staying updated with current accounting standards and practices. The role also includes preparing training materials, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Accounting and Finance
• Experience in Certified Public Accounting (CPA) and Management Accounting
• Skills in Training and developing training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Relevant certifications in accounting and finance are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
