vCare Denmark is a digital health company dedicated to delivering comprehensive, connected, and sustainable care solutions for chronic patients. By leveraging technology and fostering awareness, vCare collaborates with hospitals, clinics, researchers, patients, and their support networks for best clinical outcomes. The company’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for patients, starting with diabetes and pre-diabetes in India, and expand to address additional chronic conditions and co-morbidities.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Application Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this position, the Application Manager will visit the clinics and help with the implementation, and support of the vCare Platform during OPD hours. Key responsibilities include onboarding, educating, managing application use at the clinic, supporting the clinic and collecting feedback to improve functionalities. Close collaboration with healthcare professionals and technical teams will be integral to ensuring optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Digital app usage expertise, including understanding of software implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong learning ability in troubleshooting, configurations, and integration of IT solutions in healthcare settings.
  • Ability to analyze user requirements, gather feedback, and enhance product functionality for improved user experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems or HealthTech platforms will be beneficial.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.
