Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for Professional English-Speaking Call Center Agents based in Ahmedabad.
Call Center Agents will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Other key responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, utilizing computer systems effectively for call management, and maintaining professionalism in communication to enhance the customer
experience.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
Effective Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, including familiarity with call center systems and office software
Fluency in professional English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
