Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive

Junior SEO Executive

specializing in

backlink generation

to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will primarily focus on building high-quality backlinks targeted to the

US market across multiple industries . This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of SEO best practices to improve domain authority, search visibility, and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify

authoritative websites, blogs, forums, and online communities

in the US market for link-building opportunities.

Execute

white-hat backlink strategies

such as guest posting, niche edits, broken link building, resource page outreach, and directory submissions.

Conduct competitor backlink analysis using tools like

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or SimilarWeb .

Create outreach lists, draft email pitches, and coordinate with website owners / bloggers for collaboration.

Work with the content team to suggest and align content pieces (blogs, PR articles, infographics, etc.) suitable for backlink placements.

Track backlinks, maintain reports, and ensure live link verification.

Collaborate with the SEO team to align link-building activities with

overall SEO and keyword ranking goals .

Stay updated on

Google’s SEO guidelines

and US-based industry trends to avoid penalties.

Key Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of

SEO fundamentals

(on-page, off-page, technical).

Understanding of

link-building strategies

and backlink quality metrics (DA, DR, TF, spam score).

Familiarity with SEO tools :

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzSumo, Hunter.io, Screaming Frog .

Strong research and analytical skills for identifying backlink prospects.

Good written communication skills for outreach email drafting.

Ability to manage multiple backlink campaigns across

different industries (B2B Major) .

Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of hands-on SEO / Link Building experience.

Previous experience in

SEO .

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Number of quality backlinks acquired monthly.

Improvement in

domain authority / domain rating .

Increase in

organic keyword rankings

in the US market.

Outreach success rate (% of responses and live links secured).

Reduction in spammy / toxic backlinks.
