What You’ll Do

• Oversee administrative functions : office management, vendor coordination, procurement, facilities and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations.
• Establish and maintain HR policies, process documentation and compliance records.
• Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave management and statutory requirements.
• Facilitate internal communication, staff welfare initiatives and training programs.
• Assist leadership in workforce planning and operational coordination.
