Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and campus channels.
- Conduct screening, HR rounds, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. College Placement & Campus Hiring
Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.Plan and execute campus hiring drives for interns, trainees, and entry-level positions.Represent the company during campus recruitment events, seminars, and job fairs.Conduct pre-placement talks, engagement activities, and assessments.Maintain database of colleges and track outcomes of campus programs.3. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.Provide hiring insights, weekly recruitment reports, and market updates.Maintain smooth communication with internal teams and external institutes.4. Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Promote company culture across campuses and social platforms.Design recruitment campaigns and engagement strategies for students.5. Process Management & Compliance
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and dashboards.Ensure adherence to HR policies and recruitment standards.Improve hiring TAT and implement best practices in talent acquisition.Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in recruitment and sourcing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multiple positions.Experience in campus placements or college coordination is highly preferred.Strong networking skills with colleges and institutions.
