Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves conducting employee orientation sessions, supporting HR management, and updating HR records. This is an on-site role located in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management
• Understanding of Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
