Responsibilities :

Involved in an agile team taking stories from high level requirements through to delivery in our production cloud.

Participate in scrum ceremonies; sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Use best in class tools to collaborate, manage tasks and develop in a continuous build environment.

Get exposure to the full development stack providing opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and business acumen.

Perform peer code reviews.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years experience of Java software development in an agile environment, preferably developing enterprise software solutions.

Skilled in Java-based technologies; Core Java, Spring Framework.

Strong coding and design skills.

Experience with a modern Javascript Framework.

Be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical people.

Have good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Relational Databases.

Familiarity with writing unit tests and testable components.

Experience with modern Source Control strategies.

Japanese- JLPT N3 or above

Job Responsibilities

• Experience in Java 11 and 17.
• Hands on experience in using Maven / Gradle, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit, Mockito
• Java Design Patterns and SOLID principle hands on experience.
• UML diagrams understanding.
• SQL database knowledge, PostgreSQL is preferred.
• REST API methodology understanding
• Event BUS / Streaming architecture hands on experience, RabbitMQ and Kafka is optional.
• Understand the business impact of project requirements and ensure adherence to the architecture by the technical team.
• Hands-on experience in writing quality test cases.
• Should have capability to guide junior team members of the team
• Hands-on experience in Microservice architecture implementation
• Peer review for team members implementation.
• Effective requirement analysis and accurate estimation.
• Identification and communication of risks and issues.
• Experience with different development methodologies (RUP Scrum XP).
