Job description10+ years of total experience in software development and project management. Strong hands-on background in backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.) and frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.). Proven experience managing multiple full-stack projects from inception to delivery. Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Candidate must reside near Siruseri, Chennai , and be willing to work 5 days a week from office . PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM (Certified Scrum Master) / PMI-ACP or equivalent certification. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to CI / CD, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture. Experience working with distributed or global teams.

Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in both backend and frontend development . The ideal candidate will have started their career as a developer and progressed into project management , with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, modern technologies, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects across backend and frontend teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, UX / UI, Business Analysts) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder communication.
- Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance leveraging your full stack experience.
- Manage team performance, mentoring, and resource allocation.
