Role Description
We are seeking a fiercely motivated and results-driven Sales Executive from the multimedia industry to spearhead revenue growth by securing new business in the entertainment and brand partnership sectors. This is a high-stakes sales role that requires tenacity, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to command a room—from making cold calls to closing deals in high-level CEO meetings. Self-accountability is non-negotiable
Qualifications
1. Revenue Generation & Deal Pipeline :
Aggressive Outreach : Execute high-volume cold calling, networking, and outreach strategies to identify
and engage potential clients, including brands, advertisers, and entertainment partners.
Full Cycle Sales : Own the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through
proposal presentation, negotiation, and final deal closure.
High-Value Meetings : Successfully secure and conduct high-level meetings (including CEO and Director-
level meetings) to pitch our capabilities for brand integration, content syndication, and
creative solutions.
Target Achievement : Meet and consistently exceed demanding monthly and quarterly sales targets
(targets will be clearly defined upon hiring).
2. Brand Partnership & Strategy :
Solution Selling : Understand the unique creative assets and production capabilities
to tailor custom solutions that meet specific brand and advertiser objectives.
Proposal Development : Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling, data-backed
proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value and ROI.
Market Insight : Stay constantly updated on trends within the entertainment, content, and brand
advertising landscape to proactively identify new revenue opportunities.
3. Accountability & Teamwork :
Self-Management : Demonstrate extremely high self-accountability, managing time, pipeline, and
resources effectively without constant supervision.
Team Collaboration : Integrate seamlessly into a small, fast-paced team, communicating sales
projections and client needs clearly to ensure smooth execution by the production side.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience (Mandatory) : Proven sales or business development experience, with a preference for
candidates having prior experience in the Entertainment, Media, Events, or Brand Advertising sectors.
Communication Mastery (Essential) : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be articulate, persuasive, and professional in all interactions.
Sales Drive : A demonstrated, aggressive work ethic, comfort with cold outreach, rejection resilience, and
a clear hunger for achieving sales targets.
Industry Knowledge : Prior experience working directly with brands and advertisers to facilitate
partnership deals will be strongly prioritized.
Work Environment : Must be willing to work strictly from the office, integrating physically with the small
team environment.
