Who you are

You are a very experienced engineer who has mastered Node.js, and postgres
You deeply understand technical architecture and are fluent across the board from building new products to optimising databases and solving the common scaling problems.
You aren't a 'ticket-taker'; we expect you to own the engineering decisions through to implementations.
You prefer working with absolute autonomy. You probably dislike meetings.
You have a high IQ (we believe a high IQ is required to comprehend the size of the Atlas platform)

Responsibilities

Full development cycle : planning, development, debugging, delivery, and maintenance of the features.

Ideation of new features

Playing a role in the development of the engineering culture of the business

Stack :

Node.js, Express.js

React, Next.js

PostgreSQL, TypeORM

Redis, BullMQ

Heroku

OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini

AWS

What you have accomplished

You must have 5 years of commercial development as a back-end / full-stack Engineer

You already have experience in a fast-growing, smaller environment.

You are the most productive engineer in your company - when we conduct references at the end of the process, the praise for your past work speaks volume

You have graduated from a top tier engineering school (eg Indian Institute of Technology) OR you score highly in the below test.

Location

We will hire in India , Bosnia, and Greece. But would consider exceptional candidates from similar time zones.
