Graduate Degree in Business, HR with a strong recruitment background7+ years of HR experience, including HR leadership experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrategic thinker, with the ability to develop, implement, and manage a regional strategic HR plan, and report on progress regularlyGood working knowledge of personal computers and commonly used business software and tools i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS & ATSExperience in a fast-growing business like Edureka
