Job description3–8 years of total development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire (PC / BC / CC) — configuration, integration, GOSU scripting, and Guidewire tools. Solid experience in Java , Spring / Spring Boot , and object-oriented programming concepts. Proficiency in Angular or any modern frontend JavaScript framework. Experience with REST APIs , microservices, and integration patterns. Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to collaborate effectively with US stakeholders with at least 4 hours daily time overlap .
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Guidewire , Java , and Angular (or other modern frontend frameworks). The ideal candidate will work closely with global teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications using Guidewire (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter) configuration and integration capabilities.
- Build scalable backend services using Java / J2EE .
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular or similar modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide estimations, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices.
- Work in an Agile / Scrum environment and align with US-based stakeholders.
