The Role：Technical Service Engineer

This position is based in Bangalore, India with periods working from home and travel based on real requirement.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and after sales support.
• Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware / hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS.
• Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions
• Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis
• Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.
• Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.
