We're looking for a Business Support Executive to manage the entire customer order lifecycle, from receipt to fulfillment. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely order processing and a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact for a specific zone or vertical, working closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management : Validate and process orders for After-Sales ( AP ), Installed Base ( IB ), and service contracts .
- Internal Coordination : Work closely with the sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure material availability, dispatch, and delivery. You'll also follow up with internal authorities for order clearance.
- Customer Communication : Act as the main point of contact for your assigned zone. You will coordinate with customers and the sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Reporting : Maintain up-to-date MIS (Management Information System) for your assigned zone or vertical.
- Collaboration : Communicate and interact effectively with sales, product, finance, and logistics teams to ensure all responsibilities are performed in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
Education : A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Experience : 5-7 years of experience in order processing.Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Excel and an ERP system , preferably Oracle . Exposure to SFDC is a plus but not mandatory.Soft Skills :Good communication skills .The ability to collaborate and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.A strong desire to grow your expertise and expand your skillset.Skills Required
