Manager - SEO Content & Digital Engagement
Position Overview :
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven SEO Content Manager to lead our content strategy, drive organic growth, and elevate our digital presence.
This leadership role demands a mix of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and team coordination.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end SEO content initiatives from planning and execution to performance optimization ensuring all content aligns with business goals and enhances our brand authority.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead SEO Content Strategy : Own the roadmap for all organic content across blogs, landing pages, pillar content, microsites, and third-party platforms.
- Team Management : Guide and mentor a team of in-house writers and freelance contributors.
- Review, approve, and improve content output to ensure consistency in tone, quality, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with SEO, performance marketing, product, and design teams to align content goals with broader digital strategies.
- Performance Optimization : Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console) to monitor content performance, identify improvement areas, and refine strategies based on data.
- Content Governance : Establish and enforce editorial standards, brand voice guidelines, keyword benchmarks, and content calendars.
- Growth Initiatives : Leverage SERP analysis, competitor research, and trend tracking to identify new content opportunities and expand digital reach.
- Stakeholder Reporting : Develop monthly and quarterly content performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions.
- Content Repurposing & Refresh : Manage the ongoing optimization and repurposing of existing assets to ensure they remain relevant and 5+ years of experience in content writing and SEO, with at least 2 years in a strategic or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO principles, and search engine algorithms.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), SEO tools (Yoast, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO), and web analytics.
- Excellent editorial skills with a keen eye for detail, structure, and storytelling.
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
