ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and improve ROI.
- Create compelling and engaging ad creatives, including visuals and copy, that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine targeting and messaging.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging paid media trends.
REQUIREMENTS :
Proven experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, audience targeting, and ad placement strategies.Experience with social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).Ability to develop and optimize ad creatives for different audience segments.Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data interpretation.Excellent communication and content creation skills.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.Skills Required
