We’re Hiring : Senior Backend Software Engineer | Hybrid – India

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help power the scalable systems behind our global UCaaS and CX platforms.

What you’ll do :

Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs
Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Optimize performance and scalability for systems used by thousands of businesses
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

What we’re looking for :

7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

Deep expertise in Java (8+) and the Spring Framework

Strong proficiency in SQL, MySQL / PostgreSQL, and caching with Redis

Solid understanding of system design and distributed architectures

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus

Passion for problem-solving, performance, and clean design
