Position Title : Manager, Android

Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Lead Manager (TLM) for our Android Engineering team. This role combines deep technical expertise in Android development with strong leadership and team management skills. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Android applications.
• Make architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of Android engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineering teams to define and deliver product features.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Drive technical initiatives and contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Manage team performance, career development, and hiring processes.
