E-commerce Operations Executive

As we grow beyond our website to platforms like Myntra, Ajio, and more, we are expanding our team to include a dynamic individual who is passionate about e-commerce and learning across multiple functions.Role Overview : We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive E-commerce Executive who can handle multiple aspects of online business operations. This is an all-rounder role—ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, and growing with a fast-evolving brand.Responsibilities : Manage product listings across our website and external marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart etc.)Maintain and update product Excel sheets, stock reports, and dashboardsCoordinate with warehouse for dispatch and order fulfillmentHandle basic telecalling for abandoned checkouts and customer follow-upsMonitor daily sales, stock levels, and online performance metricsAssist in content uploads, pricing updates, and offer management across platformsSupport in operational and marketing activities as requiredRequirements : 1+ of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail preferredStrong Excel and data management skillsUnderstanding of online marketplaces (Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, etc.)Excellent communication skills — fluency in English, Hindi & TamilProactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new skillsMust be a multitasker who enjoys variety and fast-paced work environmentsWhy Join Us : At SITU, we value curiosity, ownership, and growth.
