About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing global digital transformation and technology services organization is seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of General Ledger (GL) Controllership, Financial Reporting, and Taxation functions.

The role offers exposure to US GAAP / IFRS reporting, automation initiatives, and cross-border tax advisory , providing the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

GL Controllership & Financial Reporting

• Oversee the general ledger accounting process , ensuring timely month-end and year-end closures.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews and variance analysis to validate accruals and amortizations.
• Maintain and reconcile GAAP difference schedules (leases, provisions, ECL, etc.) ensuring compliance under US GAAP for group reporting.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely closure of trade and non-trade balances.
• Lead financial consolidation and management reporting across multiple entities.
• Drive process automation within SAP BYD for reporting, eliminations, and consolidation.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under US GAAP / IGAAP / IFRS .
• Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and ensure smooth audit readiness.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to support budgeting and cost optimization.
