Technology Analyst

Location Specifics : India

Requirement :   2 years of technical integration experience across multiple systems. Familiarity with Workday is required. Additionally familiarity with SmartRecruiters is preferred.

Position Setup :  Remote

Shift :  2nd Shift (2 PM to 11 PM)

The Technology Analyst is responsible for delivering quality consulting and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as an individual contributor or a team member. The role is focused on designing and building integrations to support projects and external clients. It includes configuration and testing across multiple platforms and systems (Workday Paradox SmartRecruiters and other platforms and third-party systems).

Service Delivery Expertise

• Provide integration and technology consulting on cloud-based technology solutions including integration build and testing.
• Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the role while promoting industry best practices.
• Deliver high quality technology outcomes and timely completion rates while maintaining high client satisfaction on all engagements.
• Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
• Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues building effective relationships within and across the business.
