Candidate Profile : Manager, Operations (Edgistify)

We are looking for a dynamic operations professional with 24 years of experience, including at least 2 years in warehousing or 3PL operations.

The ideal candidate is process-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing day-to-day warehouse operations while coordinating closely with clients and internal teams. They should have strong problem-solving ability, operational discipline, and the drive to continuously improve processes and efficiency.

Candidates with an MBA in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management are preferred.

Role Summary :

As Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for supervising and improving day-to-day warehouse and 3PL operations across assigned locations or accounts. You will work closely with warehouse teams, transport partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution, KPI adherence, and operational excellence.

This role demands strong coordination, people management, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience in running warehouse processes.

Key Operations Management

• Supervise daily inbound, storage, outbound, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure accurate GRN, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and ensure zero variances.
• Drive productivity improvements and cost efficiency across operations.
