Role Overview :

We are seeking Digital Marketing Manager with at least 7 years of experience , in D2C Industry only. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and ROI across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and lead the digital marketing strategy across paid media, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and organic growth
• Oversee acquisition and retention strategies with a clear focus on ROI
• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate platforms
• Drive D2C revenue and customer lifetime value through performance-focused initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team (internal / external) across paid, organic, and content functions
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging
• Leverage analytics to continuously optimize customer funnel and campaign performance
• Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across channels
• Stay ahead of trends in skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics digital space
