Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
You will write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst is essential. You should have strong skills in requirement gathering, story writing, and Salesforce reporting / dashboards.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Health Cloud modules is also required.
