2COMS is hiring a IT Helpdesk Executives in Kolkata (Work From Office) to oversee day-to-day IT Tickets and Incident Management with Asset reporting and User Management.
The ideal candidate brings minimum of 1 year of experience in Incident management, IT infrastructure, networking.
The position is related to End User Issue handling, SaaS product management and issues resolution with 3rd party support coordination, IT Infrastructure support and day to day technical coordination with Operations.
