Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, Application Onboarding, and Data Security teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day to day support for IAM solutions, ensuring high quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with security standards. This role requires a strong focus on team leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Manage IAM and Data Security teams by setting clear goals, tracking performance, and fostering skills development.
- Technical Oversight : Coordinate operations for IAM tools, ensuring effective management of SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and MFA solutions.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage with clients to ensure transparency, address escalations, and fulfill service commitments.
- Process Optimization : Implement best practices, automate processes, and enforce ITIL4 standards to enhance service efficiency.
- Risk & Compliance : Lead security assessments, ensure Regulatory Compliances (PCI DSS, GDPR, SOX), and oversee IS Audits in collaboration with the Data Security team.
Mandatory Skills :
Proven expertise in Data Security and IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk).Strong Project Management skills with a focus on ITIL4 practices.Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management abilities.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Powershell Scripting).Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and Incident Management strategies.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Certifications : CISSP, CISM, or PMP certifications are preferred.Experience : 7 10 years of relevant experience in IAM and Data Security.Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)
