Role primarily involves dealing with end customers via chat, responsibilities include answering customer queries related to the Roadside Assistance and Motor Insurance, as well as answering generic, non-generic specific questions related to product cover / motor servicing. Candidates with voice background & prior web chat experience with UK or US client will be preferred. Experience of Webchat / e-mailing process with more than 3 concurrency, flexi shift and weekend working are most desirable.
