Position : Executive– CEO Office

Location : Chandigarh

Experience : Minimum 3 years

Education : MBA in Finance or Marketing

About the Role :

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and proactive Executive to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO’s office.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, reports, and business reviews.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare business documents, MIS reports, and data analysis (finance knowledge preferred).
  • Responsible for assisting the CEO in managing personal and office-related financial matters, including expense tracking, cheque handling, reimbursements, and banking coordination.
  • Must be capable of handling the CEO’s financial documentation, payments, and banking activities with confidentiality and precision.
  • Will support the CEO in monitoring financial transactions, maintaining expense records, and ensuring timely processing of financial commitments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication and project follow-ups.
  • Support in strategic planning, business presentations, and cross-department coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost integrity.

Candidate Profile :

  • Education : MBA in Finance or Marketing (Finance background preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (preferably in a corporate or finance environment).
  • Previous experience must include handling finances, cheques, and banking activities.
  • Skills :

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency a must).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Smart, witty, and highly presentable.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
  • Willing to travel if required.
  • Personality : Stable, mature, and committed to a long-term association with the organization.
