Senior Tax and Finance Leader

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned tax and finance professional to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance :
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with direct and indirect tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
• Oversee tax planning, assessments, audits, and liaison with tax authorities.
• Stay updated with changes in tax regulations affecting listed companies.
• Internal Audit and Control :
• Develop robust internal control systems in line with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations for listed entities.
• Team Management :
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants and finance executives.
• Allocate work, monitor deliverables, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high ethical standards.
• Financial Oversight :
• Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial decisions.
• Contribute to preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements.
